Network Dynamics and Evolution — Independent Cascade Model

Implementation of an independent cascade (diffusion/infection) model on a network, as a network science course exercise.

A course exercise implementing the initial-state, transition, and stopping-condition functions for an independent cascade model: how an “infection” (or a rumor, an idea) spreads through a network, where each infected neighbor has an independent chance of activating a healthy node.
